ROMANELLA PIZZA is the authentic reflection of a true Italian Romano Pizza. We bring a slice of Rome to the United Arab Emirates, introducing Roman Pizza that is unlike anything you have ever tasted before. We like to call it a Gourmet meal in a crust. In Rome it is also called “Pinsa” Imagine a soft bread crumb enclosed in an airy yet crunchy crust combines the simple wisdom of the past with modern culinary innovation.
The slow dough is meticulously prepared with a blend of important flours and allowed to ferment for 72 hours. The result is an easy to digest crust and still sturdy enough to pick with one hand. A part from the dough as a basic component, the Romano Pizza toppings and selected ingredients are authentically Italian and freshly supplied.
